- Serves a community population of more than 400,000. Serves cities of Baytown, Highlands, Crosby, Mont Belvieu, Liberty, Dayton, Cleveland, Winnie and Anahuac.
- Funding is provided locally by The United Way of the Greater Baytown Area and through local businesses, organizations, grants, and voluntary individual donations
